Welcome to CloggingWiki

Introduction

This is a place to collect and reflect information around Clogging. Some of the content in here is based on the ECTA Handbook (formerly known as the Welcome Package). This Wiki offers endless possibilities to form the most comprehensive source for information on Clogging on the internet (e.g. Steplist, Clogging History).

As this site is based in Europe, the information will probably be centered around Clogging in Europe as well. But we hope that this will not discourage anyone visiting from outside Europe to contribute his or her knowledge to the project.

Languages

We put a lot of thought into how to differentiate content in different languages. Other Wikis have separate subdomains per language which is something CloggingWiki unfortunately cannot afford at the moment. Instead, the language of all articles will be identifid by the prefix in the title such as "de" for german or "en" for english (note that you are reading the english main page right now, hence "en:Main Page"). Pages in different languages with the same contents will be interlinked with a box as you can see on the left.

We will try to provide further tools in the future such as a comparison between the last change dates of two articles in different lnaguages or major differences in length which should make it easier to translate existing articles to new languages in the future.

What you can do

If you happen to know anything about Clogging that you think is not already contained in any article then write a new one and make sure it's linked to/from somewhere. If the community agrees later that it wasn't quite the right place to put it, it might be moved but the information will not be lost.
